As a first time patient, my visit could not have been better! I made the appointment online, which was so easy to do. Received a phone call from the front office and the new patient forms were mailed to me in advance, which made it a breeze at the appointment time. Was greeted by the friendliest hygenist, who was very caring and gentle with the x-rays and dental cleaning. The best cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Mortazavi thoroughly examed all my teeth and discussed the options for needed dental work. One of the nicest dentists that I have met plus her conservative approach to dentistry was very refreshing, in this day and time. I will be happliy returning as a patient with Dr. Mortazavi's office with a smile! :)
The visit was professional and caring, I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist office but the staff made my visit pleasant. I look forward to a good relationship with this Dr. and appreciate all the explanations regarding treatment they provided.
