went to the w covina clinic. lotsa energy and smiles in the atmosphere! looked like everyone helped each other to get the job done.

This was my first visit. Went there 30 minutes before my appointment to make sure i was done with the paperwork. My actual appointment time has arrived, waited 35 more minutes, then i have been called. Of course, there was a 10-15 minutes wait in the exam room. Then, the doctor came. He had excellent manners, he was so welcoming and informative, however, he wasn't Dr. Babak. I told him that i have no problem being seen by him,but i made the appointment with Dr. Babak...He was still nice, although I was afraid that i had offended him which was not my purpose. I was only confused because i have found Dr. Babak through internet search and their website was showing only two physician names--father and son Babak's and i made the appointment with the son, so one can imagine the confusuion. Anyway, Dr. Babak came to the room and he continue witht the exam. Both physicians were great, friendly, and very informative...ready to answer questions and help. If there wasn't a long waiting time and being seen by another doctor at first -still it wasnt a big deal IF i was being told before, i would give more stars. First impression is important and it would be better if i didnt have to wait that long on my first visit...doctors , on the other hand, is highly recommended.

He was awesome! I had seen 2 other orthopaedic professi9onals and he gave me a ton more information than they ever did. I'm so happy I went for a 2nd opinion.

Probably the best office visit experience I've ever had. I was seen quickly (even though it was late in the afternoon) and he was really on the ball. He gave freely of his time and encouraged any questions - which was quite refreshing. I would highly recommend him!
