Im always satisfied with my results , very calm and collected Doctor.
The doctor was very nice and thorough, but I cannot recommend his office based on my experience with the staff. The receptionist was absolutely terrible. Rudest person I've encountered in all of NYC. A warning that they haven't figured out how to use ZocDoc yet, which caused a headache at my appointment. Call to schedule your appointment rather than doing it online. The doctor also ordered a test and the receptionist was supposed to tell me how to go about getting it done, but she was clueless about it and claimed they would call me back. They never did, and now I won't be able to have the test done because they missed the end of the year and I would have to pay off my deductible again.
