I was very pleased. The staff was awesome and the doctor was professional, engaging, and warm.
Dr. Alvarez is the best. Simply put. The best dermatologist I've ever been cared by. She is super smart, funny, and a great listener.

Dr. Alvarez is terrific! I've gone to a few dermatologists for Botox/Dysport and fillers, but she is the best I've seen. She helped fix a little sagging in my checks that other doctors have been unable to satisfactorily resolve. Highly recommend her for cosmetic procedures. And she's extremely nice to boot!
She is really a great professional and women ! with an excellent way to comunicate and inform you abour the treatment. The staff is great too. It was my first time with fillers and i was a little bit nervous and not sure about it, but then when i know her, she explained me everything i decided to do it. Thanks again and if you need to find an marevelous place...this is it !.

First visit, so I reserve the right to change my opinion. She is laid back and friendly and very easy to deal with. She didn't try to push products on me. She seems very smart about when it's appropriate to use Botox or whatever and when it is not. Office staff were equally great. Cons: Almost impossible to find her office. Despite the address, the entrance is not on Lincoln Road, and I spent at least 20 minutes looking for it. When I called her official phone number to get some directions, I was told the number was out of service. It was almost an act of God that I found her offices at all. A complete strange in an elevator in the wrong building told me how to get there. I was so ready to return home and forget this doctor's appointment.
I thought the diagnosis of my skin condition from Dr. Alvarez was excellent. The prescriptions she provided worked and after a month of using the cremes and antibiotics, my condition had completely cleared.
