Great doctor made her my new primary, takes time to get to know her patients

I Have seen Dr Li beore. Shes very nice and knows what she's talking about. Great doctor and theres never really any wait to see her. Great prices too if you dont have insurance like me!

First impression: The staff is not customer service oriented. I had to say hello first. They did not say goodbye at all as I left. I made sure not to say it first to see if they would say anything. nope. nothing at all. The Visit: Dr Li was nice enough. She seemed somewhat distracted and she could have been more personable and communicative. Things could have been explained better.

Very fast and efficient. I even had to move my appointment up a week and she had no problem fitting me in. I would recommend her to anyone!

I chose this doctor because of the convenience of the late appointments. I waited over 90 mins before I saw the doctor. Aside from the crazy wait time, everyone was very nice, pleasant and helpful, helpful especially the nurse/medical assistant Gina

I actually met with one of Dr. Li's associates (a very nice gentleman) who had a wonderful bedside manner, seemed knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to despite a slight language barrier. The gentleman's name escapes me, but I would definitely recommend him once I get that information again.

It was a good visit, I felt comfortable, and she answered all the questions that I had. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

An excellent checkup visit and great bedside manner - speaks fluent Mandarin as well as English.

I will not be returning. This dr. has both a poor bedside manner and poor communication skills.

Dr. Xiaobin Li was very nice and took her time. The office seemed a little understaffed so I waited about half hour but once I saw Dr. Xiaobin I felt like she did a great job. She listened to all of my concerns and I felt she was very thorough. I was recommend her.

Overall the visit to Dr. Li was good. Great bed side manner, listened very well to my concerns and gave good recommendations. The office has much to be desired, looks like they just opened and the waiting area is not very nice. For this reason I would not recommend going to this doctor.
