Bed side manner was good and also the front desk Didn’t have to wait long
I enjoyed my visit and I’ll probably return...the only thing I was kind of upset about was that even though I wrote a note that I’d be coming to get my birth control replaced that day, I had to be referred to someone else and then I’ll go back for a follow-up. That’s a lot more run around than I’m used to when my implant is due to run out of hormones soon!
Dr. Ajim confirmed me for an 8:30 appointment. Her office doesn’t open until 9:00. This was a very inconvenient waste of my morning.
Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Ajim. Booked a last minute appointment due to a sudden cancellation and she really met my every need. The wait was long, but due to the last minute appointment acceptance I adjusted. Would highly recommend Dr. Ajim.
I made two visited and i will never go back
I was very concerned when we arrived at our appointed time and the office was unlocked, open and there was no one present in the office. The doctor was great and we liked her, despite the fact that she was 30 minutes late getting in. I was very uncomfortable seeing all of the patient files out where I could have gotten access to them since someone had forgotten to lock the doors the night before.
They were late to opening the doctor office. They made sure I wasn't dieing because I has a lump on my belly. They tryed their best to get me a CT scan. It took a while. So if your willing to wait then it's a good place to go. They try their best not to over charge their customers. They had to transfer me to a hospital (next door) because they do not have everything they need for a serous case. So if your sick it's a best place to go. If you have something much serous or it might be, go to another place. Other than the 5+ hour wait for a CT scan and waiting time and filling out all the papers, They are still nice. The doctor doesn't come in till the very end because they have a chain of people who work there and a women who is in schooling to become a doc? I'm no sure, also the doctor doesn't just work at just this clinic, she works next door as well (er) other than that. I would go ahain. P.s. I did cause alot of problems for these people. I'm a young adult and my mom wanted me to leave but the doctor told her it can be serous. So just a warning if you have time to wait for hours then this place is great for you and they do take steps to make sure what is wrong with you and are nice.
Friendly n very knowledgeable of the issue
She is very rude and dont know what she is talking about. She diagnosed me with cancer and I had to get a second opinion and come to find out I didnt have no cancer. She has you waiting all day becuase she just sits at her desk talking to her employees.
Dr Alice.Ajim was so nice and professional the staff was friendly and helpful. I would refer everyone to have her as there Doctor'
Great she care some Dr's just try to save the Insurance money even if it mean hold back on my care but she did not she took care of everything she is the best
Front desk, was not friendly did not communicate very well with the patient(myself). (The Doctor was not at the office at the time that patients appointment was.)Now the story, Found out later that the lady that was seeing me was a nurse practitioner that also show up a hour later, after the appointment. Later found out who she was, also that she was communicate with the doctor by phone never relayed the message that Doctor was out the office just sat us (other patient) in room from 10 to about 11:14, After ask them for all my paper work back (Nurse Practitioner) told me is was against the law for her to give it back to me. Now after she apologize, I thought I would give a chance. The overall visit was below patient standards. (I was told that this was the normal for her to not be in the office and patients wait like this all the time). This totally unacceptable for a Professional Doctor, not a very good look for a new patient, even if she was called a way for a emergency call to hospital. Communication, True Communication! Want to end on good note, She seem to be a Great Doctor that have true concern for her patients. We will see
