Very nice She Explained everything
She was very nice and professional. Explained everything and what my next steps are. Just the wait time is a little ridiculous but understandable once I met her.
She was very informative and proactive! The wait time was longer than usual but well worth it.
She was very professional and explained in detail while performing procedure.
The office notified me that Dr. Ramos-Gonzales would be running behind which I greatly appreciated. I went in and was called in shortly after filling out paperwork. The waiting areas are very nice and comfortable. Dr. Ramos-Gonzales was very informative and helpful in regards to all the questions I had for her. Will definitely be returning!
Good doctor but the wait was too long. 3 hours is WAY to long to be in a doctor's office.
She was great. Very friendly and communicated everything along the way.
Dr. Ramos-Gonzales was very professional and explanative; she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have already recommended her to friends and will visit her myself for future appointments.
When i checked in i was informed that Dr. Ramos was 2 hours behind schedule. That was annoying considering how late she was running someone from the front desk could have called me to let me know earlier and we could have rescheduled a new appointment over the phone.
The doctor was excellent, but the wait time was incredibly long, my appointment was at 12:10 but I went in around 2:30, horrible time.
Dr. Evangeline Ramos-Gonzales was super sweet, quick, and professional. Besides the wait time (almost an hour after my scheduled time) I had a very good experience. Overall, would recommend!
