Very pleasant office with parking in the rear. I was greeted by Dr. Lim as I walked through the door. Ifilled out my paperwork and was seen right away. I saw Dr. Lim for ankle swelling and pain. He has great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. Will be going back for a follow up in a month or so.

Was suprised/upset that I had to get ankle in boot/use crutches and instead of being remotely empathetic towards my situation, the doctor was more abrupt and rude. I think they must teach you how to read a room, and to know when you're a doctor who needs to give written information and not just sarcastic comments. I tried to ask follow up questions and say there was a lot I didn't know (because I hadn't used crutches ever before or broken bones/sprains etc), and the doctor was very condescending. I still have no idea what the heck is actually technically damaged with my ankle, and a boot is strapped on. If your patient walks away confused because you're too annoyed and hurry to write down everything...that's a issue. Following up on the way out, the nurse said one thing and the doctor said another. I was trying to get it clarified and the doctor was so annoyed. I really wish I had gone to a podiatrist who had been more professional and not been annoyed by any simple logic questions. I now am dealing with a nightmare trying to get my job informed I'll be out of work and this office has been so unhelpful. No one let me know his limited hours, and now my work is waiting. The doctor should have forwarded notes to my job the first day but no one cared to do that. Now I'm in pain and scared dealing with my job situation. Extremely unprofessional, this doctor is annoyed when you ask for specific details and should have asked where he could send notes saying I'd need to be out of work/off my feet. He didn't care. The only nice thing about this place was the one nurse/tech. She helped how she could.
