Awful experience - Doctor herself was sweet and is a good doctor, but I do not recommend the office. My appointment was rescheduled twice. They didn't even look at the service I requested to realize I would need to fill out paperwork before the appointment. They weren't able to e-mail me the form (I know they have a scanner so I don't understand the issue). They never submitted the form and scanned a blank form into my file. I ended up paying out of pocket when I showed up because I was so tired of rescheduling and trying to get time of work. Then they refused to give me the information needed to submit a claim for reimbursement and told me it would take 2-3 weeks for them to submit. Honestly the whole ordeal has been awful and Dr. Vijayalakshmi Arekapudi has been the only staff member to treat me with any respect or offer any apologies. The rest of her staff has been rude and is either poorly trained or unwilling to help.
