So just a heads up I didn’t even get to see the doctor. I needed a referral form. I did however want to say that this doctors office needs new receptionists. When a patient walks through those doors the first thing they should not see if a person who looks upset that you walked through those doors. Also when you speak to a patient you shouldn’t really have to deal with attitude. Even if I didn’t have my referral with me. She could have been nice and worked with me, maybe say is there anyway your doctor can get it to you, or is there anyway you can take a picture. Even if that wasn’t possible her tone could of made me feel okay about walking in the cold for nothing and I would have rescheduled. But if that’s who you have working for you. People who are miserable looking and just have bad energy as soon as you walk through the door i don’t want to go back. Everybody has bad days but when you work in customer service you are not supposed to show it or take it out on whoever walks through those doors. Learn how to at least smile at a patient.
